By using or accessing the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies described in this Privacy Policy and consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as set forth herein. Your use of the Self-Serve Offering is at all times subject to our Terms of Service.
We do not currently provide the Services outside of the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please do not provide your personal information to us.

This Privacy Policy applies to: (a) visitors to our Website; and (b) individual users who access or use the Self-Serve Offering
Moonbounce's business model is primarily B2B: our customers are businesses that operate their own platforms, which may collect data from their end users and submit data to us. We do not intentionally request, require, or solicit personally identifiable information from end users of our customers' platforms or from our customers. However, because individuals may access or use the Self-Serve Offering and submit data to the same, we address potential incidental collection of personal data in this Policy.
2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account or use the Services, we collect the following categories of personal data that you voluntarily provide:
Contact and Profile Information: your name, email address, company name, and related account registration details.
Account Credentials: username and password (stored in hashed form) used to access your account.
Payment and Billing Information: payment card details and billing contact information, which are processed and stored by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
Free-Form Content: information you voluntarily enter in text fields, support requests, survey responses, or other communications with us.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website or use the Services, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including:
Usage and Telemetry Data: information about how you interact with the Services, including features accessed, actions taken, session duration, and performance and diagnostic data.

To the extent Customer Data incidentally contains personal data, such data is handled in accordance with this Policy and the applicable Terms of Service.

6. CUSTOMER DATA AND PERSONAL DATA OBLIGATIONS
Moonbounce's makes available its services in two primary offerings – the Self-Serve Offering, and services designed for business customers (the “Platform Services”). . Our Platform Services customers are solely responsible for the data they submit to the Platform Services, including ensuring they have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and permissions with respect to that data, and that the data complies with all applicable laws and our Terms of Service.
Platform Services customers agree not to transfer, share, or submit to Moonbounce any personally identifiable information subject to applicable data privacy laws or regulations without first executing a Data Processing Agreement with Moonbounce. Platform Services Customers wishing to enter into a Data Processing Agreement should contact legal@moonbounce.io.
7. DATA RETENTION
Moonbounce does not collect or store personal data about end users of its customers' platforms in connection with the Self-Serve Offering. With respect to personal data of Website visitors, Self-Serve Offering users and Platform Services users, we retain such data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, Platform Services, or to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.
Factors we consider in setting retention periods include: the nature of the data, the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and whether the data is needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements. When personal data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
8. DATA SECURITY
We implement appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative security measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Moonbounce maintains a compliance program, reflecting its commitment to security, availability, and confidentiality controls.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
While we work diligently to protect personal data, no data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. We cannot warrant the absolute security of personal data that you transmit to or through the Services.
9. CHILDREN'S DATA
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you are under 16 years of age, please do not register for or use the Services or provide us with any personal data. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16, we will promptly delete that information.
